Souper Bowl of Caring

On Sunday morning, February 9, 2025, Redeemer Presbyterian Church (EPC) will collect monetary donations at the time of the Offering to benefit the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest Pennsylvania. Please write the words “Souper Bowl of Caring” on the memo line of your checks.

The money collected will benefit the Second Harvest Food Bank‘s mission to provide food to those in need within the eleven counties of northwest Pennsylvania, while creating awareness and educating the community on the realities of hunger.

Last year through your generosity, this special offering raised $300.00 for the Second Harvest Food Bank. In addition, our Missions Committee gave $1,000.00 in additional funds during the Erie Gives Campaign in order to take advantage of the Erie Gives addition to our donation. This raised our 2024 contribution to the Second Harvest Food Bank to a total of $1,300.00 plus the Erie Gives addition.
